The villa sleeps 6 and is fully equipped and furnished.

Prices quoted are for the villa per week:

May - £600
June - £650
July/August - £800

November/December £400

£100 deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 2 months before your arrival date. A damage deposit of £150 is required along with your final payment and this will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return provided there are no major breakages or damage to the villa other than normal wear and tear.

The Villa is cleaned at the beginning of the rental period and a mid-stay clean and linen/towel change is provided for 2 week rentals. Beach towels are not provided. Extra cleaning, laundry and baby sitting can be arranged for a small extra cost.

On arrival we supply a complimentary ‘welcome pack’ and an information file containing useful telephone numbers, recommended restaurants and excursions as well as general information about the villa. We also supply a safe for you to lock up your valuables, a local mobile phone for your use while at the villa and hairdryers in each bedroom.
