Our beautiful detached three bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has stunning, uninterrupted
sea views from every room and terraces. It also has a large private infinity pool
with wooden decking. The villa is stylishly furnished and has air conditioning
in every room.
Kasarini Villa is not on an estate, but is an individual architect designed villa situated at the end of a quiet, private road. Our villa is totally secluded, as it is separated from the villa on one side by a high, traditional stone wall, on the other side, we are lucky to have just the slopes of the olive tree clad mountains and to the front are just uninterrupted sea views! Access to the villa is through a private security gate and up some steps to the pool, terrace and living room areas. There is a private, lockable garage at ground level.
Our villa is only a 5 minutes stroll to the sea and Kalamar Beach club where there is a lovely restaurant/snack bar, sun beds, internet access and a variety of water sports available. Kalkan village is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away and there are some restaurants and a shop about a 10 - 12 minute walk from the villa. Kalkan is an ideal base to explore the amazing nearby Lycian heritage sites, hire a boat and cruise around the beautiful coastline or to simply relax at the villa by the pool!
